SQL Transaction time out, URGENT

    Hi friends i hv a control in asp .net, getting few rows/values from a table with around more then 80,000 values,

    I am getting this error on execution, how cam i permane ntrlu set the query cost time 30 second for all times.

    Error:

    "The query has been canceled because the estimated cost of this query (13) exceeds the configured threshold of 7. Contact the system administrator. "

    Plz help its urgent
