datbase privelge problem

  hello all,

  When I am logged into the cPanel, I try to create a MySQL database to use with the site that I created. I check the privilege boxes and enter a name for the database, then click the "Add Db" button. I keep getting the following message on the next page:
  
  MySQL Account Maintenance
  
  
  Database Created
  Added the database stp Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.

  i checked PhpMyadmin  there no database  selected.
