Run CS file from command line on VS2005 or using Powershell on VISTA

    Visual Studio 2005(updates 8), IIS7 not running under BASIC HOME edition VISTA ;forced to create C sharp stand alone applications ,do not want to go through VS>Projects ;would like to use CSComplier to create EXE (not DLL) application.Tried Commands " CSC filename.CS" -nothin'
