Appending selected table

  Hello guys..i`m a  newbie with regards to web development..i hope you could help me..

  I have this window where there is a table, this table can be added by selecting rows(using checkbox) from table which is on the other other window (pop-up window).When u select rows and press select button, it is automatically added on the table located on the first window.

  How can I do that..Ive already wasted 8H thinking...Please help me...
