a Sql job to insert data from .txt file into a table(ex:table1)

   I want a Sql job  to insert data from  .txt file  into a table(ex:table1) .and i want to select some of the record from table1 and insert them into other table(Ex:table2).this operation should be down every day at 9AM  automatically
