pop up menu block by flash

   hi, i have a problem with the flash movie and the pop-up menubar.

  the menubar is created using javascript, and that is a flash movie below it.. i want the pop-up to be on top of the flash. but currently my flash movie is blocking it.

  Is there anyway that can either push the flash to the back or bring my pop-up menu to the front
