user defined functions returned value ????

    Hi !

     i have created a user defined function in my source file(VB.NET) is it possible to use its returned value in data bases (MSSQL)???

    kindly help me in this regard its really very urgent PLZzz

    I'm not really sure what that even means.  You can save data to a MySQL database, yes.  Where the data comes from is of no consequence.

    If you are trying to use your VB.net function in SQL Server. I think it is NOT possible. But you can create a User Defined Function in SQL Server

    I imagine you're not talking about CLR user defined functions.
