how to use SQLite dll

    I dont know anything about sqlite dll, i need help from u guys. I want to know how to create database using SQLite dll? I have added this dll in the reference but in the namespace am not able to see using System.Data.SQLite. Second one, is there any help to use Odb dll with this SQLite. The functionality i want to do with this sqlite is to access database from the sqlitedatabase browser and make some changes on it. This is what i want to do. So pls tell me the steps i have to follow to access the database from the sqlitedatabase browser.
