How to make a DLL with VB.NET Standard Edition

    hello i'm created clock in vb.net windows application in that application in bin folder i'm getting exe file ,but idon't know how to convert exe to dll please help me in finding out this

    You have choosen to create a Windows Application Project instead you should choose a Class Library or Windows Control Library Project.
