VB.NET low level programming

    Hi All

I'm developing a software for a PDA in vb.net, which should play sound at a known intensity level.

The sound intensity level should be accurate on any of the PDA. Hence I need to implement a calibration method in my application.

Is there any way in vb.net to retrieve the sound card output port voltage while the sound is played. So that I can retrive the voltage at which it plays the correct sound level.

    Thank you
