Making a contact form using JS

  I'm using the following code in my contact form:

  Name
  E-mail
  Subject
  Comment

  
  
  
  

  The problem is, it opens your standard mail application (outlook in my case). How can I make it work using the website using JS? I know it can be done with PHP/ASP/CGI/PERL but my host doesn't support those languages. I can only use HTML,CSS,JS and VBS. :) Any tips
