Does anyone know how I can use VB to create a VB script to messages that are in an inbox?

I can't use the message rules because they don't always reply to evrything if messages come in at the same time!

I basically want to reply to every message in my inbox with an automatic script!

Has anyone got any ideas or can point me in the direction of any codes?

Your help would be much appreciated!
