Replication on SQL Server 2000 over a dialup conne

    I have a problem in implementing replication in replication in SQL server 2000 over a dialup  connection. . My current connection is 33.6 kbps , im trying to register my subscriber server onto the publisher server, it gives me this error:


    "timeout expired"


    Please anyone can help!
