Remote Scripting Issue

  Recentlly I was using Remote Scripting, and it works fine, but I noted that when I put the code to Enable Remote Scripting on my web page, a (.) dot is showed on the top left of the web page.
  

  
  It happens with any web page which have enabled Remote Scripting...
  

  
  Do you know if it is normal or is a kind of BUG?
  

  
  And if it is, I appreciate if someone can tell me how fixit.
