The reality is - Drupal moves so fast and is so broad in its applications that we're all n00b's in one way or another!
This group is designed to support those folks coming to the Drupal CMS who prefer meetups focused around learning the ins and outs of this amazing CMS! Drupal is great - but there is a learning curve! Lots of folks end up "stuck" in one way or another - we've all been there.
We'll spend our time in discussion and learning - that's what we're about. Each meetup will revolve around a specific topic announced well in advance so that you can come with questions and contribute your solutions.
So, come and learn how great Drupal is! We're friendly and happy to help you on your learning path...!

ATTENTION!There will NOT be a Drupal Newbie meeting Tomorrow (February) do to some unforeseen circumstances.There will be a Drupal Dojo meeting tomorrow night at 7:00pm and Mangia Pizza on 8012 Mesa Drive. The Dojo is a great place to go and meet other Drupalistas. There will not be a formal presentation. It is more of a informal sharing of information and problem solving. The newbie meetups will start up again next month (March)

Oh, what fun...!We're diving into some of the most useful (and sometimes daunting) parts of Drupal in April. CCK (the Content Construction Kit) is amazing, powerful and really what sets Drupal apart from other CMS. We're going to discuss what it is, where you find it, how to begin working with it, and how you can extend it with various add-on modules. We'll check out some common (and not-so-common) uses of CCK and hopefully inspire you with what you can do with it.
