          Experience:
           10+ Years experience in providing technical solutions
            3+ Years experience developing ASP and JSP objects
            3+ Years experience developing Microsoft COM objects
            3+ Years experience developing in Visual Basic (VB)
    3+ Years experience developing MapInfo applications using Map Basic
            2+ Years experience with Enterprise Systems in a Production
    Environment
            1+ Years experience with XML


          Required Skills:
          Strong communications and presentations skills.
          The candidate will be expected to:
            - Present highly technical information to a non-technical audience
            - Understand and implement business rules


          The candidate must have a very strong mathematical background and
          be able to program 2D and 3D algorithms (computational geometry).
          A Master's degree in Computer Science (preferred), Mathematics,
    or Engineering is required.


          The candidate must be self-motivating, able to work independently
    without
          instruction, and also able to be a "team player".


          The candidate must have a good working knowledge of developing web
          solutions on MS platforms including IIS 5.0, ASP, JSP, HTML,
          Web Scripting, COM, ADO, and be familiar with ".NET" and MS SQL
    Server.


          Desired Skills:
          The candidate should have experience in:
            - Process automation and Workflow (e.g. BizFlow or BizTalk)
            - Geographical mapping, GIS, GeoCoding, and address software (CPA)
    (esp. Mapextreme, SpatialWare)
    - OO programming (C++ development and/or C# and/or Java)
