We'll look at tools, techniques, and resources anyone can use to improve their user experience practice.
Whether you are a developer or a BA, you'll leave with practical tips and techniques you can use right away. Some things we'll touch on:
- What are the elements of user experience?
- What skills and competencies does my Web project need to draw upon?
- Do I really need a team of experts and consultants?
- What can I do as a developer or BA?
Have you ever thought: I'm already creating user experiences, but…
- How can I tell if they're any good?
- How can I make them better?
We'll look at some tips and strategies for taking what you already do to the next level. We'll also look at key practices and attitudes that enable great collaborations and some common enemies of UX collaboration.
