In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to build Windows Phone applications and how to publish them to the Windows Phone marketplace. The goal of the event is to give you a head start on Windows Phone development by teaching you the basics of programming for this family of mobile devices, as well as to encourage a hands-on application of what you have learned via an optional friendly competition at the end of the day. During this optional competitive hackathon, you will build prototypes of applications to be submitted to Windows Phone marketplace.
*Please bring a laptop with Windows 7 OS installed on it - having configuration similar to the instructor's will make following hands-on labs easier.
