Measure What Matters: A hands-on workshop in metrics for Lean Startups?
You've got an interesting startup product and you've been
building...but how do you know if you're making progress? Which of the thousand metrics are most important?
At this 1/2 day workshop, we'll do hands-on activities that will help you identify the right metrics for your startup, so that you'll know if your product is gaining traction. We'll use a new tool called the LUXr Bento Box ? the LUXr Bento Box Series is the fastest, most accessible way to put lean methods into practice, to rapidly focus and improve your product.

In this workshop you will:

What To Expect
Using a mix of hands-on techniques and online video, we?ll spend 3 hours working through a series of simple steps to define your metrics. You'll identify potential metrics, zero in on which metrics are most important for *your* product, and create a simple tracking tool that your whole team can use to clearly see progress over time.
We'll work in small groups so there will be the opportunity to learn from each other. If you have multiple members of your team attending, you'll work together. Over 50 teams worldwide have used this activity to focus their products and track the numbers that indicate success.
All participants at the workshop will receive a Bento Box. (Yes, it?s an actual box!) Each Bento Box comes complete with all the materials you need to accomplish the activities. (The $100 cost covers the box and the video guidance.) After the workshop, you'll be able to access the videos at any time using an online platform. And if you have questions in the future, the LUXr coaches can help you out via the online platform.
