Houston Lean Startup Circle

The new entrepreneurship era is all about customers and their problems. The number one reason that startups fail is lack of customers, not product development failure . The Lean Startup is an approach that attempts to acknowledge this and create startup success. The Lean Startup is a collection of techniques built around maximizing validated customer learning through fast Build/Measure/Learn iteration loops. This is not a group to promote general entrepreneurship, it is a focused group for people who are introducing new technology products and services into the market. If you are a high-tech entrepreneur who strives to discover customers and build products that they want, then this group is for you. We share our thoughts and experiences with the application of Customer Development, Lean Thinking, and Lean/Agile Software Development as it applies to startups and new products. Inspired by:
