WebDev - HTML editor

A useful HTML editor, with a text based interface.  It has several commands making better than Notepad. It's pretty useful for making websites, and very good for begginers, too. You can learn a lot from it.
The readme file is a bit out of date and poor quality, but you'll get around that.  Things I hope to add in future versions: Code formatting, possibly an MDI interface...
