Join us for our first GTUG (Google Technology User Group) meetup Wednesday July 1st. Let's discuss some of the great topics that were covered at GoogleIO and please bring your new Android phone if you have one. We have had several people interested in Android development, Google's APIs and AppEngine. A few of you have offered to present at the meetup so please email me directly and I'll work out an agenda. Let's plan to meetup around 6:30, do some networking and then begin at 7PM.

The Rhodes framework is designed to help with this task. This framework should appeal to Ruby On Rails developers since Rhodes depends on Ruby and MVC. This meetup is for developers who want to sit at a keyboard and get stuff done. This meetup is not a power-point presentation.

We?ve teamed up with the organisers of the Open Mobile Summit to create a special presentation for the Android User Group led by one of the Summit?s speakers, the infamous open source visionary and chief advocate of openmoko, Jon 'maddog' Hall. In addition, the organisers are offering 30 qualified apps developers FREE access to the afternoon sessions of the conference on 11th June.
