Independent EXE?

Is it possible to make an independent exe-file in C# ?

I suppose it could be possible to somehow integrate the .NET framework Dlls that I use into the exe.
But I can't seem to find anything about it in the .NET help.

Has anyone ever done this before? Or is it very simple and I just don't realize it?

If anyone has any ideas about how this could be done or actually know how it can be done, I would really like to know!
