  Hi All, I am new to this forum and this is my first thread. I want to know the measures that I should ask a sub–contractor to supply to me if they were undertaking part of a product development which needed to be co-ordinated with my other development activities and also the definition of those measures?

  For each measure I propose, why do I want that measures and how I would use them?. Please help me. I also want to know how to estimate and check the validity of these measures?.

  Hi All, Anybody can help me?. The same question.

  If you are subcontracting part of a product development, what are the metrics or measures you will want from the subcontractor and how will you use them to co-ordinate with your other development activities?. Thank you.
