Xara Menu Maker and Visual Studio

  Hi, Im new to Visual Studio and programming in general although I have built simplem websites before in other applications. I am using AXara Menu Maker to put a menu bar across my page. I have taken a piece of code from the Xara Help Forum and adapted it to suit my website, but therer is an error and Im not suer whats missing! This is the code that I am using

      string s = "<script MenuMaker src="Xara/main_menu.js"><" + "script>" ;
  </script>
  

  Errors appear under the s, Xara and "><" each error is the same. When I hover my mouse over the top of the error I get - Expected ';'

  Any help appreciated, thank you
