    Can i connect oracle 10g as backend for vb ?

    Yes, you can.


    You'd do it the same as you connect to any other database..... If, for example, you're using ADO, add the connection object to your form, just build the connection string property and select the Oracle database driver.

    presumably the Oracle OLE DB driver will allow you to specify the IP of the ORacle database server?
