ActiveX control is downloaded each time

  Hi all,
  

  
  It seems like the ActiveX controls created and embeded in the ASP page is downloaded each time when I access the webpage. This is not the case for ActiveX Controls on other web sites.
  

  
  Is there any configuration is needed to be set so that it will be only downloaded once for the first time at the client machine?
