ActiveX Written in VB6

I have perviously created ActiveX controls to do various things, so I got the general picture.    Ususally I will create an ActiveX to enhance Microsoft Access.

The current problem I have is a simple one.  I have created a Traffic Light control i.e. a more interesting 3-state tick box. My Questions are:

    1. How do I set up the control so that the value of the traffic light is bound directly to a control source?  i.e. like default MS controls.
    2. How do I make the control Mulit-Instance so that it can be used on a continous form (or is that tied in with Q1)

    I would appreciate any help.
