Merging 2 project into 1 [SOLVED]

I have two projects that I now need to combine into one project.  (ie: one is a job tracking system and one is a scanning system.  once I push a button on one of the job tracking system's forms the scanning system form should pop up).  How do I do this?  I know I have to reference the scanning project in the job tracking project, however it wants a .dll, and my scanning project doesn't have a .dll.    Thanks!
