Connect to sql database from Lan (problem)

hello, I'm having a problem to connect from my Lan Network to sql database. I make a lan to two computers and i have application to one computer I maked shared application but when I try to connect to that application from second computer it's give me an error about security permision.
Please HELP !!!! It's urgentttt
