  Hi,

   

  MS Access has a utility for export data. First you have to create an ODBC connection to the database. In your Access file select the table you want to export and then go to the menu bar “File/Export…”. Then is going to appear a save dialog, in the “Save as type:” option choose “ODBC Databases” and then choose the ODBC connection you just have created. You have to set some options for export the data.
