web service proble please help

  dear all,

            Am expecting a good repaly for this blog.. I am working in a small IT firm in india. and now am in a chaos situation. i had project in Dot.Net which have to consume web service form a resouce , Am new to web service . i have to use wse and they had given some certificate to access tere web service.. i tried  to develp it but now stucked with an error. WSE901. problem with soap header..

            Could any body can hlep me to get out of the problem.

            I like to have a good conversation with you people if u like to help me..
