help me! VB6 and Vista

I have developed a VB6 application that uses Access database to store and access data. Application working great in XP. After I install the same application on Vista, no problem at all. Problem started when I wanted backup my database. Inside application everything working perfect, but database file not change from 1 time I loaded. Where I can found correct one? Thank you
