Flat Scrollbars in controls?

    hello,


    I wanted to ask 2 things.


    Firstly I was looking at the DevelopersPad code and I really like the FlatControls bit, is there something i can use the flatten the scrollbars as well to give it a .NET like interface?


    The other thing is I am looking for a tab control that is like the .NET IDE. I'm not the best at making controls so is there a free or prehaps open source control 'out-there'?
