We'll discuss tips on organizations use how social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and partner with entertainment / celebs to help spread the word, rally for events, raise donations, and more. • BBC & International Day of Climate Action

  This month we support GreenLAGirl Siel and The Daily Ocean's Sara Bayles. Join us for the Blogger Beach Cleanup (BBC) to clean the beach for 20 minutes on the International Day of Climate Action. The eco-friendly fun starts at 4:20, and while the "official" beach cleaning is only 20 minutes, there will be plenty of other reasons to stay at the beach. Please RSVP through this site if you will be attending with Net2LA. Meet in Santa Monica Beach at Ocean Park between lifeguard stations 26 and 27.

  Back at The Yard in Santa Monica to share drinks, food, and some great news about Net2LA (gotta come to the Meetup to hear it first-hand!).Look for us in the center seating or the tables along the far left wall. Since the space does tend to get a bit noisy we'll play musical chairs every 45 minutes (or so, if the crowd wants) to make sure everyone gets a chance to talk without shouting across a table. Feel free to bring your friends whether a Net2LA member or not. ...
