    Crafty is a JavaScript game engine based on the Entity Component system and with jQuery like syntax. It automatically optimizes drawing on canvas and supports DOM for cross browser support (even IE6). The talk will include how Crafty optimizes canvas drawing as well as utilizing the entity component system to easily and quickly make games.Louis Stowasser is a third-year student at UQ studying IT and majoring in Information Systems (databases). Currently a tutor for Intro to Database systems.
