Software Architecture & Platform SIG - Silicon Valley

The Software Architecture and Platform SIG offers a forum for members to discuss and learn about new and emerging technologies in software architecture, development tools, and platforms.

At the monthly meeting, there is a technical presentation involving software tools, techniques, platforms, or architecture used to capitalize on an emerging market opportunity or solve an enterprise computing problem. Software tools include emerging functional languages such as Scala or F#, HTML5 or new software frameworks; platforms include JAVA, Android, social networks, private clouds; architecture include emerging embedded systems, next-generation distributed computing, web-oriented architecture, crowdsourcing and peer production architectures.

We meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The cost to attend is $20.00 (for SDForum members with proof of membership - it is free to attend.)
