The web browser supports pictures only with local files currently. That and many other things maybe updated in the future.
To view local files a "file://" must be there. A sample web page is provided and can be viewed with "file://index.htm"

The source code included is compatible with VB6 but can be reengineered with small changes to suit VB as well. NOTE: Now I realize that this hasn't been working due to the fact that I left out a Module, the problem has now been remedied, so please try it again, and raise this resources rank, 'cause it's better than that!
