The aim of this event is to help solve your real life Scrum issues, so keep them in mind when you come along.The format is pretty straight forward, well start with 30 minutes of networking and deciding topics, which we then prioritize and spend 10 minutes on the first topic, 5 minutes on the rest and move forward until we reach the end of our timebox (1 hour). Of course, you can also vote to have extra time on a topic.

Most organizations depend heavily on the concept of "Appraisals" to give promotions to their employees. It might make some members of the team more competitive to score over another team members. It could be detrimental to the overall team structure. I'm not sure how Scrum and the current concept Appraisals will fit together unless the company comes up with some "scrum-compatible appraisal system", if there exists anything like that!
