How to prevent F5 page refresh conditionally

    In my application, database inserts, updates and deletes are carried out in response to corresponding button clicks on the screen.


    After insert operation, if F5 is pressed, the record gets inserted again. I want to prevent this. In cases other than insert, I don't want to disable F5.


    How can this be achieved, any solution anybody??
