component malfunction on paging

    I have an web loadondemand grid component ,dimensioned at 5000 articles on an sql provider.

    In a simple VB.Net test,the running asp code is supllied by

    #if test = true

    Dim table as datatable

    Datatable.    = "/0-9*a-z*"
