Read data of card from swap machine with serial port

  Hello everyone,

               I am trying to develope an application, which have to capture data from Swap Machine(connect to computer with serial port) The Machine name is given "Axicon".I have dll files but i dont have documentation of the hardware.So not being able to develope the application.If you have any kind of information regarding this would be very helpful for me.
