TO OPEN AN APPLICATION ON CLICK OF A LINK IN WEB [PAGE

    Hi!

    I have Build A Chat Application..

    For the client part ..it will be installed on users Computer..

    But I am provide an activated icon to all online user's

    profile.....I wish that if some clicks on that icon the installed

    application should popup/open if someone clicks that icon...
