Reg sorting in gridview

    Hi

    Am using sorting in gridview,grd_sorting is given for sorting and i hv given this method in onsorting event of gridview,but it is not fired when i click the column header

    help me to solve this problem

    I tried with templates,but the two digit numbers and single digit numbers are sorting seperately...That is 1,2,3 are sorting seperately,in between of 1,2 two digit numbers like 12,13 are sorted

     

    Better suggestion is expected
