Fill textbox value

  Hi guys,

  in this page i have php coding running at two places. At the top php code gets a certain value.

  Then in a form created I want a text box to be filled with the certain value from the php coding above. How do i do it?

  I have tried the below method. The problem is the new text box gets filled with the below text.
