Grid and Chart

    I'm relativly new to VB6.
    I need to build a program which shows a grid (looks like an Excel-sheet) and a graphic of that grid. The grid is filled by a textfile.
    I've been looking at MSFlexgrid and MSChart but I don't even know if I should use both of them.
    I'm looking for an example which uses a grid and a chart.
    Can anybody help me with this?
