Saving Excel file w/ Date as Name w/ VBA

I'm opening a text file in Excel and formatting it. Then, I would like to save it in Excel format with the date as the name of the file.

This process will occur daily, as part of a subroutine, so the date/name will need to be variable. I'm doing this with VBA.

Thanks in advance for your help.
