CeRapiInitEx

    I'm currently using the CeRapiInit function in my application. The problem with this is that the CeRapiInit function is waiting until the device is connected (no timeout).
    I want to use the CeRapiInitEx function instead, but I have problem getting this to work properly. I guess someone has implemented this function before me...
