how appear a window over a fullscreen video

    Hi,

    is there a solution to show a window over (on top) a video file when is playing in fullscreen???

    I use VB6... and with the API setwindowpos is not sufficient, I try it!!!

    I am vb.net (l)user, so only check if there is attribute TopMost of window (form) ... if not, use some from user32.dll or where it can be...
