how to get windows domain user and user gorup information?

Hi friends, I am working on a task and need to get all windows domain user / user group in the program and then process the information. I noticed there are LDAP or ADSI way to do it but I am just not successfuly. Please advise what is the porper way to do in VB and provide me some sample codes if you have. Many thanks!
